Making green juice and smoothies are a great way to start your day, reduce cravings, get a shot of nutrition and fuel your day with anti-inflammatory foods to feel amazing and have more energy. Enjoy!

Steph’s signature GREEN JUICE:

1 medium APPLE/2 medium to large CUCUMBERS/5 stalks CELERY/1 inch FRESH GINGER ROOT/1 FENNEL BULB (cut in half)/1 whole LEMON (rind removed) Juice in the order listed. Store juice in a sealed jar or container and drink within 1-2 days.

GREEN SUPER ENERGY Smoothie:

1 cup ALMOND MILK/1 cup WATER/1 cup KALE/1 medium APPLE (roughly chopped)/5 stalks CELERY (roughly chopped)/ 1/2 frozen BANANA/1 cup BLUEBERRIES/1 TBS CHIA SEEDS (not shown in video) Add to blender in this order, blend on low, then medium, then high for about 2 minutes for a smooth and creamy smoothie. Store in a sealed jar or container and drink within 1-2 days.
