Belly fat, hormones and SOUP!

Come hang out in the kitchen with me today to talk belly fat, hormones, nutrition and how to burn fat while you sleep, which is also hormone balancing! We’ll make a delicious soup that is full of fiber, protein and lots of vegetables to help your body detox, reduce bloating, increase digestion and get rid of belly fat. See you in the kitchen!

Northern bean vegetable soup:

3 TBS olive oil

2-3TBS chopped red onion

2 large stalks celery chopped

2 medium carrots, peeled an chopped

1 can northern beans, rinsed well

1 tsp granulated garlic, 1 tsp lemon pepper spice, 1/2 tsp turmeric

4-6 cups vegetable or chicken broth

5 stems kale, remove from stem and chop into small pieces

4 leaves fresh basil, chopped

Heat olive oil in a soup pot, add chopped onion and saute on medium low for about 5-7 minutes. Add carrots and celery and cook 5 minutes more. Add beans, spices and broth, cook on medium to simmer for about 10 minutes. Add kale and fresh basil, cook for 3-5 minutes more. Stir occasionally throughout. Enjoy!
